Most can be dangerous because they are un-natural
Some sex toys are made with toxic ingredients such as phthalates that can be dangerous for those who use them. Some toys have even been made from softened PVC- a material so dangerous that Canada banned its use for dog toys. Additionally, some toys that are perfectly safe may still be used the wrong way and thus become dangerous, such as people using toys that do not have flanged bases for anal play (the toy may become ‘lost’ inside the rectum, sometimes requiring surgery), etc..
If they are made from non-toxic materials and are used carefully and with caution, there is no reason why sex toys should be dangerous.
