Your job can take a toll on you after sometime. This is typical but not necessarily normal. Repeated stress at work signals something is not right. Many professionals find out at certain point that their work seems pointless.

Have you awakened in the morning to just be troubled with the stressful thought of work lying ahead of the day? Do you feel as though your job is daunting, stripping you of your vital energies? Do you feel a weird mixture of boredom and exhaustion while at your desk? Do you feel as though your job is no longer stimulating and interesting? Do you often suffer headaches at the end of the day?

There are many ways to cope with burnout. It happens in almost any kind of job.

Take things slow. No one requires you to kill yourself at work. Do the tasks you are required to do and do not take more responsibility than you can accomplish, at least this time until you fully restore the positivity. Burnout starts from bouts of stress that proceeds more often. Burnout affects us when we have more work or things to do in our life.
