One of the key factors to having a healthy sex life is to make sure you are aware of your partner’s sexual cycle. Also you need to know who plays which role in your relationship, let me explain in most relationships you get two roles the low desire spouse LDS and the high desire spouse HDS. Often one spouse wants more sex than the other and in most cases it is the low desire spouse who gets to set the pace.

The reason for that is the sexual cycle, here are the two sexual cycles:

Cycle 1: Desire > Arousal > Orgasm > Resolution

So what you need to do is to determine:

1. Who is the HDS and who is the LDS in your relationship.?
2. Which cycle you and your partner fall into cycle 1 or 2?
3. Are You in a mixed-cycle marriage?

In most cases the low desire spouse really enjoys sex and they find it very satisfying but if they fall into cycle 2 it might just be that they need to get aroused first. If this is the case in your relationship then try and using some sex toys such as clit teasers or nipple rings to get your partner in the mood. Remember that 50% of the population just needs to start sex off differently which is great news for couples who are having problems.

For all those who fall into cycle 2 my best advice would be to talk to your partner and tell them if they want to have sex they will have to make an effort to get you aroused first.
